Investing in Stronger Families. Building Stronger Communities.

Every investment in The Hurtt Fathers Advocate Corporation (HFAC) helps us stand with fathers, families, youth, and young adults who are trying to build a more stable future.

I know what it feels like to fight to stay present in your children’s lives, to feel like the system is working against you, and to keep pushing forward because your family depends on you. That experience is part of what led me to create HFAC.

Today, that pain has become a commitment to help others find support, opportunity, and a path forward. Through advocacy, education, workforce development, mentorship, parenting support, leadership development, mental health support, and community-based services, HFAC helps people overcome barriers and build greater stability.

Through grants, sponsorships, philanthropic partnerships, and individual giving, we are able to reach more families, strengthen more communities, and create measurable impact and long-term opportunity across Baltimore and Maryland.

We invite you to support this work and help us expand the opportunities, resources, and support available to the fathers, families, and young people we serve.

Thank you for believing in this mission and for helping us turn pain into purpose, opportunity, and lasting change.
