Founder Jerron Hurtt Sr.. turned his pain into his passion. Having personally endured the heartbreak of a custody battle, Jerron turned his pain into a mission to uplift other fathers who feel silenced and shut out. He knows the struggle and he refuses to let other fathers face it alone.

One of the most powerful parts of the organization’s work is the Dads Retreat. A series of restorative, healing getaways for dads and father-son pairs. These retreats offer a safe space to breathe, reconnect, and heal through nature, shared stories, and moments of joy that fathers and their children carry forever.
