The Hurtt Fathers Advocate Corporation (HFAC) is more than a nonprofit. It is a grassroots movement born from one father’s belief that every child deserves opportunity, every family deserves support, and every community deserves hope.

What began as my personal journey has grown into a mission to strengthen families, empower fathers, invest in youth, and create lasting opportunities for future generations. My pain became my passion, and that passion became HFAC.

​

We believe lasting change happens when families are supported, young people are empowered, and communities work together. That belief guides every program, every partnership, and every life we serve.

​

Today, HFAC works alongside schools, universities, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders to expand access to workforce development, mentorship, parenting education, leadership training, digital media education, mental health resources, and community-based services that strengthen working families, underserved communities, fathers, youth, and young adults.

Our goal is not simply to provide services. Our goal is to create opportunities that produce measurable, long-term change. We believe that when individuals have the right support, they become stronger parents, stronger leaders, stronger employees, and stronger members of their communities.

As a grassroots organization, every dollar invested directly supports programs that create real impact. Every donation, grant, sponsorship, volunteer, and partnership helps us reach more families, expand innovative programs, remove barriers to success, and build healthier, safer, and more resilient communities.
