Just one year ago, The Hurtt Fathers Advocate Corporation (HFAC) was in its earliest stages, guided by a simple belief: when families have access to opportunity, education, and support, entire communities become stronger.

Today, that vision is becoming reality.

As a grassroots nonprofit, HFAC has grown into an organization dedicated to strengthening families, empowering fathers, investing in youth, and expanding opportunities through education, workforce development, mentorship, and community collaboration. While our journey is still just beginning, every step forward has been made possible through the dedication of volunteers, supporters, community leaders, and organizations that believe in creating lasting change.

Investing in the Next Generation

Our commitment extends far beyond addressing today’s challenges. We are focused on preparing tomorrow’s leaders.

HFAC is developing innovative initiatives that help youth and young adults build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, improve academic success, explore career pathways, and prepare for meaningful employment. By connecting education with real-world opportunities, we are helping participants develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in school, the workforce, and their communities.

Expanding Workforce Development and Academic Opportunities

As our programs continue to grow, HFAC has been working with CFCC and the University of Baltimore School of Law to strengthen workforce development, academic enrichment, leadership development, and career readiness opportunities for youth and young adults.

These efforts help ensure our programs are built on practical experience, educational excellence, and meaningful opportunities that prepare participants for long-term success while strengthening the communities we serve.

Introducing Viral 4 A Vision

This year also marks the launch of Viral 4 A Vision, HFAC’s innovative digital media workforce development initiative.

Viral 4 A Vision equips youth, young adults, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and families with practical skills in content creation, storytelling, branding, social media marketing, video production, and digital communication. Participants learn how to use digital media not just for entertainment, but as a tool for education, entrepreneurship, career development, and economic opportunity.

By teaching creative and technical skills that are increasingly valuable in today’s workforce, Viral 4 A Vision helps participants turn their ideas into opportunities while preparing them for success in an ever-changing digital economy.
